Where did that checklist go??
 

anybody know where a big checklist for buying a 944 is?? I thought it was either at this site or the 944-garage site but I can't find it...

I have a copy of a checklist that's loosely based on a checklist I found in Excellence Magazine (February 2000 issue). My checklist is in MS Word format. If you'd like a copy, I can email it to you.

I have found that such checklists are invaluable when looking for a car. (Going to see a 1989 S2 tonight, and I've got my trusty checklist by my side!)

...I'm going to look at a 85.5 in Flordia mostly likely this weekend. I'll be sure and post the pics if i get it.

the site blackfoot posted is good but there's a printable version about 3 or 4 pages long linked to this site somewhere.. or maybe I'm losing my mind.

Andre: Glad you like the list! I live in NJ, so the prices are about the same for me as for you. Actually, I just looked at an S2 last night that I think I'm gonna get. ($8k, and in very, very good condition!) See my thread about it...
