Post Pictorial tutor

Would any of you guys be interested in a digital step-by-step tutoral on how to take out an early instrument cluster? If so, let me know so I know to do it when I put mine back in.

Please do, I'm about to undertake the same task and that sounds quite helpful.

As soon as I get my speedo back, I will take pictures of the re-installation and just use those to show how to take it out.

If any of you have questions about this process, I've had the complete dash out of my car more than a few times... I haven't taken pictures, but remember the process pretty good. (what a PITA that was!)

Hmm, found a picture but doubt it'll help much...

As usual, I was trying to put the car back together for a race and the only time I had to take pictures were friday night, and I wanted to tryout my new camera so took some pictures in total darkness (not a good idea).

BTW, thanks again to porschemunkey for selling me that heater-box, and shipping it overnight. Where's that dude anyway, haven't heard from him in a while!
