I was just wondering what kinds of exhausts you guys use, aftermarket i mean, and why you chose them. Is the 944 exhaust decent or do you feel a big difference with a nice aftermarket exhaust on it?

Grassroots Motorsports has a 944 project car and they have been doing some stuff including the exhaust.

Finally, we replaced the stock exhaust with a Borla
stainless steel system. At first, we were a bit skeptical.
Sure the Borla looked to be of exceptional quality, but
what worried us was that the diameter of the exhaust
pipe was actually a quarter inch smaller than what was
already installed. Obviously the Borla folks have been
doing their homework, because the exhaust pushed the
rear-wheel horsepower all the way up to 133.5 while
the torque jumped to 135.5 ft.-lbs.
