Fuel Rail Pressure Gauge

I was thinking, what about making a fuel rail pressure gauage that bolts on the end of your fuel rail in place of the bolt?

I don't know if there is any real need for such a thing, but it might be cool to have. be easy to diagnose a bad fuel pump/regulator?

Replace the end bolt w/an airchuck (say the male), and put the female end on the end of your gauge. Snap on/snap off-able.

A guy on Long Island sells just such a kit. Is on eBay all the time. A fuel leak there would be a bad thang, so whatever you do, make it durable.

Um, you have to reverse the male/female in my scenario. It's how I hook up my fuel gauge.

I have done it. Do a search on "Tools I've made/adapted" in this forum by moi. I did bump it for a while, but let it die due to pop. demand.

esp. when I was trouble shooting issues. I could snap it on, make a couple checks, snap it off and take it for a test drive. pull in, and it snaps right back on.
