Don't have a service manual yet, but I'm curious about air filter replacement on my 1989 944S2. Is getting at it simply a matter of taking off the sheet-metal nose panel above the bumper? TIA, everyone.

Click here for detailed instructions on how to change the air filter in an S2. The instructions are very accurate and complete. I can't take credit for this because it is not my website. However, I have changed my air filter before so post here if you run into any problems. I'll help you with any problems you run into.

Thanks a ton, Ryan. That's an excellent website. I thought with so few S2's around, there might not be a dedicated website, so it was a pleasant surprise. And thank you for offering assistance with future queries.
Motor on! |
