If you could do it a week after that, I'd do everything I can to get there. I'll be around connecticut for a DE/Track event with what seems like a couple of other people from this board as well.

Last year was the first year for the event. We handed out CD-ROMs to each Porsche that passed through the gate. In all we handed out about 440 CDs. There were about 100-200 cars there at one time (some people came early and left, and were replaced by people later in the day).

Not a bad turnout for the first year of this event. We would expect about 500-750 cars this year. We had the meet in a small venue last year, and after everyone told us they were coming, we were concerned about overflow, so we stopped advertising it. Turned out to be a smart move - it was just about right!

This year it will be held at our location in El Segundo. Next year it will be at California Speedway, where we expect it to be bigger than Hershey (co-event with local PCA region).

I'd really like to come. I think I'll be attending a DE in connecticut on that weekend however. It is a long way out too...

If I don't have all the equipment I want for the track event by then, that's probably what I'll end up doing. I'm kind of hoping that I get to see some of the people, and a bundle of Porsches actually. We shall see.
