K&N filter oil with dirt in it? What type of filter do you use or have used?

I have discovered that if any of the shaft seals (cam, either balance shaft, or even the crank) are leaking, the cooling airflow being sucked past the timing / shaft belts in the cover will end up in the bottom of the airbox, and eventually migrate to the throttle body.

You might look for a little puddle in the bottom of the airbox.
