Unhappy Odd......Clutch pedal play wont stay

Spent a bit of time 2 weeks ago getting the clutch adjustment just right.
Book says very little travel from full stop to engagement.
Worked fine for a few days then has progressively returned to the same ol' 1"+ travel.
Whats up?

Thread lock?

Could also be the bluish colored feed hose from the brake reservoir leaking.
