Red 944 NA Owners Wanted
A while back I posted a message looking for red 944's, several people submitted photos of their cars, however, for different reasons we couldn't work with those photos.
If you have a red 944, non-turbo, and would like to have it on the cover of a future issue of 9 Magazine; please submit a 3.0MP or greater digital photo for review. Several people have e-mailed me about suggestions on how they should take their photos.
The only suggestion I can give is to take the photo with the car in the center of the view finder, and to take the photo in a portrait format (meaning turn your camera so the photo is taller than wider) Oh yea, clean the car too! I love silver myself, however, my own 944 is Iris Blue! Hummm...

Now Wilk, we might not have the 75,000+ the other Porsche magazines have. But, I can say that most of our 30,000 readers could careless about a 996, and more about their beloved 944!
Our recent survey shows the '89 and older 911 and 944 (we are including the 924 and 968's too) owners make up about 60% of our readers, followed by the 928, and then the 914. You don't see the other magazines talking about the older cars? Just hired on two consultants who say they can help us reach 50,000 readers by the end of 2004! They better for what they charge! We are adding more pages, with more DIY projects, and more real world product testing in 2004! If anyone on this BBS hasn't picked up a recent copy of 9 Magazine, shoot me an email with your name and mailing address and I will send you a free sample copy in the mail.
