Cool Porsche Key mod
Ok, well i have a really old key and stuff. Its like... old. So i did something i thought was really cool. I went to radio shack and picked up a 5mm high intensity blue LED, and 2 3.0V watch batteries. i put them in the key and stuff, because my old light bulb was gone and instead ther was a piece of paper in ther. Here are the results
 WITH FLASH!  FLASH OFF! As you can see, i clearly have too much time on my hands. But the key glows like wowie!

hmm... maybe worth trying. My bulb seems to be getting dimmer every time I use it...

i didnt put a flux capacitator, all i bought was
This LED and i am not sure if this was the exact battery that i bought, but i bought 2 3.0V batteries like it, here Make sure it is high intensity, the normal 50 cent LED's aren't bright at all. The blue LED above has an intensity of like 2600MCD. The LED is 3.7V so thats why i used 2 batteries, to get the maximum brightness. It worked out pretty good. When its dark, this thing really brightens up the place. I took it in the bathroom and shut the door just to see how cool it was. Its cool

Honest to god I did the same thing like a year ago, except I had to ghetto rig it cause my kay was missing parts to begin with-
Aside from the ricey blueness- its really bright, quite useful to have. |
