Question car in lay-up, new belts, when do I check

I did belts in Sept, 300 miles, now in winter lay-up. It gets started once a month for 30 minutes.

Once Spring rolls around car won't be driven much as I'm taking my time on restoration.

So, the question is, when should I check belt tension again? I'm thinking March, 500 miles since change. Or is this to early?

I can extend the question if you donīt mind...What is the timing belt procedure?

You change them, then you retension it at about 2000 miles, then, assuming you run the car at, say once a week, what do you need to do then? Can you wait till the next timing belt change,at about 40k miles more?
