944 engine question...

This is really rather simple, actually...

Which direction does the 944's rotating assembly "spin"? Is it clockwise or counter-clockwise?

If I had a battery, I could run out to the driveway and check for myself, but since I dont yet have one, I will hope that one of you can help.
