Antenna stuck up.

Any quick solutions to getting my antenna that is stuck half way up to go down.

There is no radio in car and will never be. So either a solution to get the antenna down or what someone might have used the plug the fender if they removed the antenna motor all together.

Swapping a fender not an option.

Remove the antenna, disassemble the motor assembly until the rod retracts into the box, reinstall the antenna.
