Poster of This?

I've been reading Porsche 944 by Brian Long and it's got a cool picture of a completely disassembled 944. Does anyone know if a poster of the image below exists?

I think they are still in the car along with the coolant res, flippy lights, and seatbelts.

Another ad

Also in the book is a reproduction of an ad showing all the parts used to make a 944 a 951. Submitted for your enjoyment:

now THAT'S the picture I've been searching for. I saw this one some time ago and always wanted a copy. this is what should be included in the answer to any thread or post that asks about "turbo"-ing an N/A. whenever the hapless victim asks that age-old question of what it takes to make the conversion, simply post this image and politely say "sure, it's easy really. just buy and install all these parts....

or simply get a turbo!"

This is true.....

I have found through the offroad comminity that I once was a dear part of, that when you increase HP in an engine, well, you better be able to handle it down the line. You need beefier shafts and drivetrain as a whole.
Ronin you are absolutely correct. I am an underqualified person at best, but I know, more juice more torque needs more drivetrain and suspension.

The 944 IMHO is a work of art. Well balanced and pristine in handling.
I have been a fabricator of nesesaty(sp) and function in the past.
I would not even imagine changing the beutiful sweetness that is the 944 to anything other....

Wait a minute, what was this thread about ( just ramblin drunk )

note on the pics of the garages ::::

I MISS MY GARAGE !!!!!!!!!!

Don ( pardon the mess )
