Crack repair in 944 front valance?
I have a used 944 front valance that I was going to put on my 931. However it has some cracks in it, the standard melt and fill procedure used on most urethane body parts doesn't seem to work. The material doesn't seem to bond together once melted, any ideas? Or do I just need to get a different one..

Glass and polyester resin? And of course lots of sanding?

Im afraid fiberglass may not be flexible enough, and may also not expand/contract at the same rate. I would hate to have it crack and fall apart after getting it all repainted. But I may not have any other choice, I am considering just buying the fiberworks front bumper. It looks cool but I want to sell the car and not sure it would be worth the extra money...

I was wondering about fixing cracking or maybe painting, how should i prep this part to paint it? anyone know?

Fixed mine with glass and resin, but only problem is the flexing, it ended up cracking again, the glass wont flex the same as the plastic. I ended up having to buy a new one.
