Are you satisfied with your garage?

I have two "rooms".
One with work bench and one for the car.
I'm just missing to get another car in. The garage isnt wide enough!

Here are two pics made with panorama function.
Thats why they look like they do!

What about yours?

My garage is about 1100 square feet. Eighteen foot long work bench, overhead cabinets with shelves in between for the factory service manuals for both the 944 and the 911. Painted floor, bright white walls with great florescent lighting.

Am I happy with it?

I was until I started buying parts cars.

I would have a warehouse if I could (and if it would fit in my backyard) .... I would love to have a good 5-6 project cars sitting back there....

but... not in this lifetime.

Garage
1 garage with just enough space to fit my bike in front of car and a narrow workbench along side at end of garage. Have built a platform for camping gear above car bonnet/motor bike area. Hang a windsurfer from the roof to create more space. Just too much hassle to move the car and then have to drag the bike physically out sideways so I can get it out to use on clear work days. Am building a carport in front of garage for wifes car to park- Imagine the hassle to get the bike out then.
Know a guy in the club with a 2002 GT2-whole double garage is tiled and airconditioned for his 2 Porsches

I have an OK two-car garage, and I'm in the process of reconfiguring it with a decent workbench. I already have a small refrigerator, free standing fan, small space heater, stereo component system with CD player, and a 13" color TV (w/cable), but what I really need is a floor drain!

I have a tree in my backyard that has lots of shade in the summer. Does that count?

No...Currently the 'tree out a da house'. It gets me by for now though.

I will be quite dangerous once I do get a garage...I have all the tools, just no space..

should not be allowed to answer this post...If I have to see his beautiful warehouse/garage one more time I am going to die. ;-)

Yup, I built one 26 X 30 with 10' ceiling... I wish I would have gone for a steeper roof and step trusses so I could have a hoist tho...
