Post The RARE hard top convertible 944

These cars are so rare that this may be the only on out there!!

That reminds me of the 951 I just bought with it's "V6" engine. The guy really had no idea what was under the hood even during the test drive.

I think he means that the sunroof is so big that it is nearly a convertible. More like a Targa top though

How happy would you be if you bought this car under the ignorant assumption that it was a convertible? I'd be pissed. Maybe I should buy it, call him on it, and get it cheap. lol

Well...I suppose that all hardtops are convertible depending on how you look at it. I was driving along to day next to a little truck that had its hardtop converted into something else. I'm guessing the guy used it for target practice.
I think that this is what the advertiser of this nicely overpriced 944 meant.

I've seen a number of 944 ads that list as V6 and even one listed as 1983 944 S2 Turbo. Uh, yeah... maybe they should add "Type R" and ask for even more $
