I told someone I had a white car and they got pissed and thought I was being wise. So then I was like "I have a white 1989 Porsha 944 turbo."

I usually say porsh, but am getting used to porsha
porsh just flows better in conversation...IMO

I do the same. I usually say I have a green piece of s**t. I only elaborate if they want more. Mostly people are dumb and can't distinguish my 924 from a 911. They just see the badge.

This is an obvious flame !!!

It is a PORSC "HA", not por"she".

Use of the slang term "porker" is acceptable

but the name "PORSCHE" refers to a person's name and the pronounciation in German of it.

You can always "bastardise" a name but you'll just be playing yourself.

Don't de-mean the marque, call it what it is , unless of course your ashamed of the car you drive, in which case get a rice burner "easier to pronounce"

Thumbs up

Just tell them I have an reliable sports car.

No need to say it's a porsha unless they want details, I am not trying to impress anyone.

I know what I have..

See Ya

Why not bastardize the name? I mean ****, you're already driving a bastardized Porsche (in a lot of people's opinions)

I say "Por-sha." (If I say Porsche, they think I'm talking about a porch. )
Now, it is "Nine-four-four" or "Nine-fourty-four?" (I say the first)
