Back to the original question....
It's fairly straightforward, remove the DME/fuel pump relay and the spark plugs then test each cylinder (a google search will throw up the procedure). One tip I'd give you is to make sure your tester has flats for a wrench on the end that you're going to screw into the plug hole. The first time I did a compression test on my car I didn't use the adapter for deep-set plugs and promptly got the tester stuck. Took me a while with a pair of needle nose pliers to get it out again. On the plus side, I'll not do that again. hopefully you'll get consistent readings from all cylinders. Mike |
