944 Oil Pump Timeline

I'm looking for a chart or a timeline on what changes were made to the oil pump over the course of the 944's evolution. I know there was a break in the 1984 models where something major was changed. Any ideas what it was and why it was changed?

There was one model used from 82-85, the 944 107 114 09
then in 85 they switched to the 944 107 014 11, which was used all the way through the 968.

the only difference i could see (i recently had to rebuild due to a seized oil pump, and purchased a rebuild oil pump) in the pump i had from m.y. '84 and m.y. 86 is a slight variation in the actuall design of the internal gears. i could be wrong, but i think the difference is just in the amount of oil the pump moves, i think porsche realized that throttling the oilpumps output (bypassing the filter with some oil) was sub-optimal and so they re-did the gears to just slightly lessen the volume of oil being moved.
