I am trying to figure out the best/most economical way to go with spacing out my new wheels.

Rear could use 1.5 - 2" total and front 3/4 to 1.5 Can I double stack rear factory spacers by just adding longer lugs or is this a very stupid and dangerous idea? or Should I buy rear 1.5-2" spacers and move the others to the front, with there lugs? Thanks

As long as your studs are long enough, I'm sure Pelican sells them, rule of thumb is when you screw the lug nut on, you need at LEAST 9 complete revolutions.

Anyone ever stacked a little extra on the rear of an early? How much can you go up to? (I know, I know, go out to my damn car and turn the lugs to check right.)

the wheels on the bus , go round and round, all day long" untill they came off, cos someone had put spacers on them, then the bus crashed and burned

Re stacking a little extra in the rear... iirc, when using OE rear spacer you can add only about 7mm (.275 inch) more spacer before needing longer lugs.
