That's the deep fried version of the Balance Shaft sprocket locking tool, commonly known as "Balance Shaft Pin Spanner (P9200) or equivalent "

Hello- I realize this thread is over a decade old, but self-made P tools are pretty much timeless. Just joined the forum today. Got a laugh about the "B9200" pin spanner tool. Here's a pic of the one I made from steel. Used a 1 3/16" holesaw for the inner circle and a 2" for the outer then welded the ring to handle. The pins are M6x1.0 studs into threaded holes. Offset the two holes by about half a clock number so it works at slight angle like an open end wrench. If the fit isn't good on one side, flip it over and use the other. Works great.

Non-functional holes in handle courtesy previous owner of this piece of steel ;-) http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1468604073.jpg
