Did you remove the metal clips on each injector?
If you did then you may need to apply some upward prying force to get the rail to pop off the injectors.

I just pulled mine outa the ports with the clips on. you have to install them with the clips on to get the right depth so it seams natural to leave the clips on while removing... try twisting the injectors in their holes. one of my injectors had no clip and it stayed in the port

With the clips on you can damage the injector. If the force is too much then the clip will release and damage the plastic seat.
Ask me how I know this..... Also you can re-install without the clips, no problem. The clip should go on the upper of the two notches on the injector.

Take a two piece length of fuel hose that will fit snugly over the output end of the injector without the plastic hat. Fill this with solvent (enamel paint thinner will work or charcoal starter fluid) and blow air back through the injector. This will blow out most of the crud caught up in the filter screen on inlet side of the injector.
