Garage
Drinking beer at 2:30 AM and wall sockets.

So it was very late and I had to stop and get some sleep then continue the trip in the morning. Luck would have it that the motel I picked gave me a room right next to some yokels that were having an party -- yelling, loud radio, throwing things in the room.

I put up with it till 1:00 AM then started to dunn the manager to either move them, move me or give me my money back so I could find another motel. He basically told me to go pound sand -- no rooms, no money back.

So I dig through the luggage and find some nail clippers and a nail file. I pulled the head of the bed back off the wall, reach down with the nail clippers and file and stick them into the wall socket shorting out the circuit for that section of the motel.

After 20 minutes or so of go around the yokels are moved to another room and I'm finally getting to sleep. Took the manager four hours to figure out where the breaker was and reset it. Guess they don't have breakers in India.
