Engine Swap

I am in the middle of an engine swap, making quite a bit of progress recently, I need to know though, what else I should do while i'm in there, and what should i do to the engine that I am putting in while it is out of the car?
anyone have a list of things to do, I have 17 days to get this done for the fest, so i need to order the parts now.
