Question about changing the rear suspension.

Have a complete 1986 944 Turbo rear suspension. I want to keep the car "I" class PCA legal so I cannot switch the brakes to turbo brakes. The suspension is that one year odd ball where it will bolt into a 1984 but...

1) Will the standard 944 brakes mount to the aluminum control arms
2) Is the parking brake cable the same?
3) Are the offsets for wheels different since the CV axles are different?
4) Would it be easier to pull the torsion bars and anti-roll bar and put them on the stock 944 rear suspension?

I'm not sure you will really buy much of an improvement if you're not going to use the turbo brake calipers. I know the 924S uses the aluminum training arms and the standard brake calipers so depending on where the mounting bolts are it's probably doable, but with a minimum weight reduction/man hours swap and your desire to stay legal, I'd probably just use the anti-roll bar and but some decent shocks.
