Strange fuse problem....

Hi all,

Have a slight problem.
My radio, lighter and clock, aren't working. I know they run off the same fuse, but the fuse itself is fine, I've even replaced it with another still no luck. :(
Any ideas where I should look next? I've arlready took off the dash console and checked all the visible wiring, all seems fine, only the tester shows no power...

Did you check all of the fuses? All of my fuses and relays aren't exactly where the diagram shows they should be. If they are ok, check your fuse with an ohm meter. If it is ok, test for voltage in your fuse slot. If not ok look for corrosion or bad wiring going to the fuse slot. Kinda odd that everything on that circuit doesn't work unless it is a fuse related thing.

Thanks for the response winddance. I did some thorough checking this morning, and it appears that the wiring to the back of the fuse slot is corroded. I cut it out, put in a new wire, now everything works like a champ!
