Dude! your car is fuched up! :D

yes, a couple weeks ago, a young girl talking on her cell phone/driving without attention, really tried her best to get my car all "fuched" up. if you look closely at pic #2, just below the light cluster, right on the radius, you will see a 3 inch dent. also, the rubber bump stop is all fuched up, and the plastic side section has a small crack in it, and you can see that it develops an expanding gap going south. i came out very lucky. i was waiting in the left turn lane for about 30 seconds, and she ran into the back of me. pushed me about 3 feet or so. i saw the carnage in my mirror{her car that is} and was not looking forward to seeing my damage.
its been checked, and everything is ok. just waiting for parts/decals ariving at the shop.
her car is a different story. she couldent even get out of the driver side door,as it was all distorted, the spoiler, headlamp area all gone, and front fender and hood all bent/crumpled up. her car was written off!! can you believe that? i think being hit at a relatively strong part, and importantly, on the bump stop saved me, that and the fact that the car is so light, and she did swerve at the last moment, and thats why she had so much damage to her car, as she slid alongside mine.
i dont want to contemplate what the outcome would have been, had she hit me square on!!
i must be lucky. normally the 944 comes off far worse, in any accident, from what i have read on here.

Note the "Modern Diapering Process" trucks behind it. I still wonder what those are? Perhaps trucks with robotic diaper changing machines that make house calls for guys like me who will never touch another human's poo. Wave of the future/
