Porsche Crest Oil Pump & Cooler

Anyone ever attempt to replace the oil pump with the engine still in the car?

How difficult to replace the oil cooler as well?

Replacing/servicing the oil pump and the oil cooler are two separate procedures. Resealing the oil cooler is not difficult, but a bit tedious, as you need to drain/refill both the oil and the coolant. I don't know about the oil pump, but I think you need to remove the oil pan to gain access (I might be wrong here), and this requires removing the crossmember, etc. - read many hours.
