Rear wiper?

This is probably a stupid question, but here goes....How tight do you fasten the nut on the rear wiper when reinstalling it? This is the first nut on the outside of the glass, holding the mechanism in place....not the outermost nut holding the wiper on.

I don't want to overtighten it in fear of breaking the glass, etc...

Not very tight... about a half turn further than you can tighten it with your fingers. If it leaks when you spray water at it, give it another quarter turn, but not too much, or you risk breaking the glass.

Thanks for the quick response...I have it at 1/4 turn past hand tight right now
