Cleaning engine aluminum

I have just cleaned the painted areas and all rubber and plastic under the hood. The aluminum heads and intakes are a bit dingy and would like to get them to look new. Any ideas on how to do this?

I use an engine degreaser like " simpe green", "castrol super clean", or"purple stuff"..souak it down with a spray bottle for a few minutes on a cold engine and get the pressure washer out, But i usally dont go over say 100 psi.

Yeah, but after you apply water etc. Be sure to use compressed air to blow dry any exposed aluminum...otherwise spots oxidation etc Good luck...

Or simply invite Ronin over to blow hot air...
