Save it in your local using "Save Target As..." from the right click of your mouse --- they are big files. Then, open it with Adobe reader.

If you have problems downloading large files get yourself a download manager that allows you to resume the download if it breaks.
I recommend the sypware free www.getright.com

I could only get the files using a download manager. Otherwise it would just stop at about 10M downloaded.

I use Internet Download Manager V 4.1, automatically resumes and verifies files. 159 meg download took 6 minutes to complete.
