OK, got the body work done (except the door which I am replacing).

I am doing the interior over, stripping out all of the tan and replacing with black.


So what is the best way to get the rest of the tan leather out? Is there something I should do 1st? Any help is appreciated.

Hey nice job on fixing the rot........what did you use to get the orange peel effect anti-stone chip - just normal spray on stuff - it looks really like the original stuff? Also what was welding the sill like.......was there more rot underneath when you cut it away? Reason i ask is because my d-side sill is shot and the whole thing needs to go between the front wing and rear quarter panel join!

The whole lower half of my dash is tan leather. My glove box door and all that. I'll post another pic.

I cannot take credit for the rot repair. That was done by a guy here in Ohio. I'll ask him how he got the orange peel effect & post it here. I do know that once he got to grinding, there was a lot more to take than we first anticipated.
