windshield washer question (boring, but need to ask)
 

I guess I'll finallly fix my clogged windsheild washer tomorrow. What do we do with those nasty little metal hose clamps that hold the tubing on? Cut 'em off and replace with tiny ordinary hose clamps?

Yep, regular small, hose clamps

Do a search for Oetiker clamps, supposidly they work well.

Yup, oetiker looks like the stuff. And available at McMaster (p. 213 online), as is the $17 pincer tool.

It is unlikely I will have the patience to wait for ordered parts, so I'll just use what I find at the autoparts store. Just wanted to say thanks and add McMaster to the thread for future searchers.
