Turbo Rear Valance on 83 NA

I may be getting the turbo rear valence/spoiler/lip whatever you call it and I am wondering how difficult it is going to be to fit it to a 83 N/A. I am assuming the holes arent already drilled where it mounts because the turbo model didnt exist in 1983. Will it bolt onto what is alreay there or will it need a little errr..... fabrication?

Send a message via AIM to Frank B
the whatever you call it may not work on an 83..
the turbo actually has a different body than an N/A
but I'm usually wrong even though I know I'm right about this one..

BTDT. You'll need to drill the holes and bolt it up to the rear apron and lower quarter panels. It's a little tricky but not too tough a job. You'll need to carefully measure, mark and drill the holes. There are detailed instruction out there...search here, on Rennlist, or elsewhere. Let me know if you have ?'s...

Looks great bertman! I guess that's why I have never seen it on the road, and I understand why, now.

Thanx, AllPorsche944, the color is Gemini Gray Metallic LZ7Z. It is original paint which turned 20 years old in June. I've used only carnuba wax 3-4 times a year since I bought the car in June 1984.
