Oil pressure gauge works sporadically

My oil pressure gauge seems to work whenever it feels like it.. I'm pretty sure I'm getting oil pressure, I just think the gauge might have some sort of ground problem or something. It wouldn't work from the time I took it out of the garage untill 5-10 minutes later, I turned the car off and back on again, and the pressure kicked right up.

All the other gauges work(odometer doesn't, I don't think that has anything to do with it, though)

Any ideas?
