What can I use on my black interior parts to make them shine as they would be "like new" Ive tried armor all on the dash but didnt like the outcome all that well.

Asking if you should replace that timing belt is like asking if you should re-use a condom that may have in hole in it with a hooker.

If the parts are vinyl then try and get some Vinylex, it's the same as Lexol but for vinyl. I'm not sure if they make it anymore, but it works amazingly well. I had cleaned my dash with two different cleaners before I used it, and when I did the cloth came off dirty. Great stuff, and they sell a protectant to go with the cleaner.

I've just pulled my center console friday night, cleaned it really good with mild soapy water and gave it three light coats with the (black) duplicolor vinyl dye. Excellent results indeed. Got rid of all the fading and hid the nicks and scratchs on the console. Not bad for $5 a can...

Get some 'expanding tire foam'.

I re-did my entire vinyl interior with that... adds back the needed plasticizers to keep your vinyl fresh and long-lasting!
