Stubourn Headlights
My headlights have started to pause 3/4's of the way up and will only continue on their way if I rev over 4000...
Is this a common problem? I did search but couldnt find anything.

Have you tried lubrication? (ooh err!), it may be there is an amount of friction and the motors are simply not strong enough to fight it until you're getting the amps from higher revs..
