Mr Porsche doesnot like the rain or humid days. But if the air is dry or the temperature is high starts fine. I have cleaned the exterior grounds points but not the interior . Also changed rotor button, spark plugs, distributor cap, fuel filter and negative battery cable. Any suggestions?

Do you have the little plastic dust cap thing that goes between the distributor cap and the body of the engine? Have you tried a new DME relay?

Æ i agree. those DMEs are pesky at best, it may be that the cold/damp affects the little relay switch enough for it not to function. You should always have a spare DME relay in the glove box anyway and they're not expensive...

Does it turn over, just not start? I have that problem everytime I wash my engine bay....they do NOT like to start when the engine bay gets damp.
Carry a can of B12 in you hatch compartment. When it starts getting humid and damp, pull a vac line of the plenum and give a couple sprays into the intake. Hook the vac line back up and start the car. She'll probably run rough for a moment or two because of the humidity, but she'll dry out once the engine starts building heat.

My car had the same problem after a heavy downpour while sitting in the parking lot. Came to find out the DME connectors inside the car's passenger footwell was getting wet. Sprayed the plug and socket with moisture displacer and she started right up.
I cleaned the battery tray and sealed it up with plastidip spray, problem solved. Check your DME location for water intrusion.
