Hey thanks for the advice bro. I haven't seen that mod before. Think you can point me in the right direction?

In all honesty, your ride looks great bro. Keep up the good work.

Snow - if you don't like the front one you should do the 'snub' nose look by collapsing the shocks, pushing the bumper back, removing the black guards and filling the holes. A very nice mod with little to no cost and looks really good on some cars.

I agree with you on that on most of their products but the standard of quality is very high.

d00d i didnt even know you lived around NY...im out on the island and I want to see the car in person. How much did you pay to paint your car? or do you work at a body shop?

Ive been wanting to get my car painted, and see what the bondo in the rear is for (Im missing my rear sidemarker lights so something is up) but the guy who said he would do it for me never got back in touch. I want Gaurds Red, and he said it would be hard getting a price for it..or some bull**** like that.

Thanks Ramm. If you like my wheels and rear bumper so much, I'll trade you my 44 for your 51?

for the mesh in the scoop area of the bumper on my iroc to protect the new radiator, , i used the silver/aluminum gutter mesh that they sell at the home improvement store to keep the leaves out. it comes aluminum, black, and some colors, in vatouis length. it bends and attaches easily.

Awesome, great looking paint job. Your car looks 300 times better than the day it was getting the timing belt done. I like that kit!! Feels good to get new paint, right!

it really does

I am personally not a huge fan of the fiberwerks bumper (my only real problem is the pointy front intakes), but your car really does look 100% better

congrats

ah man your hard work makes me want to get the ball rolling on getting my car painted.... very nice. i wonder if fiberwerks did change something to the making of the front bumper (where they meet the tires) becuase mine doesnt point back that much(see horrible pic). very nicely done though i like it. soooo shiney, WOW for shiney.

Thanks for all the compliments. It does look MUCH better since you guys saw it at the timing belt party.

Well I really didn't put much more work than simply emptying my wallet, but I guess it will be alot of hard work to replenish it!
As I mentioned earlier in the initial post, I got the Fiberwerks Evo II nose which has deeper edges. The one you have is an Evo I nose. I got the first shipment of the Evo II nose, so currently, they are not even advertised. I also believe Karl said it was a limited run. The amazing thing is that the "shiny" paint job is covered with a small film of dust in those pics. I am gonna post before and after pics in a week or so and then you'll see it really shine! Looks like a brand new car.

I had my car up on the lift for two days, which gave me time to inspect my bumper..its pretty shoddy, not worth fixing. Same goes for the front bumper...as much as I like the stock bumper with shaved guards...for almost 500 for a new valence and more to paint, I might as well just get a fiberwerks one for a little cheaper and call it a day..

That was my feeling also, besides the fact that I just really like the look.
Just remeber that the Fiberwerks nose and rear is simply a fiberglass pieces. You have to remove your existing bumper so the new pieces will not be NEARLY resilient when it comes to some bumping.
Did you get those PM's? Did you want to see the car? Come to Brooklyn much?

Well, from an old guy who really doesdn't give a $hit what his car looks like as long as it is fun to drive.

I must say your car looks great... love the wheels... love the front end... rear bumper is growing on me, suppose it works with the whole package.

Nice job.
