Angry Should I light it on fire now, or 10 min. from now?

So I buy nice new 55lb injectors and all the good stuff cause I had a spraying bad injector. I get all the new stuff in, start the car, and it dies right off, when trying to idle... Any guesses why? Oh, no fuel pressure.
THERE IS A FREAKING HOLE in the METAL PIECE of the fuel hose going to the FPR.

A HOLE. How does a hole get into such an object? I have no idea. Its a big hole too. Gas pretty much pours out of it. Why didn't Porsche make that hose detachable at the point it enters the engine bay? That would make sense in a situation like this. PET shows that the hose is detachable. So either that is an update or someone forgot to actually look under the hood.

BAH!

Apparently the hole is supposed to be there. Its just supposed to have a plug in it.
BTW, this freaking hose is ONE piece, all the way to the fuel filter... I'd have to drop rear suspension to replace it, if I didn't do the cut and replace with SS hoses thing.

You poor ba$tard.

Unless your line has been updated to the new three piece line - that line goes all the way to the fuel tank.

can you say drop the rear suspension?

Let me rephrase.

Look under the passenger side of teh car - about equal with the door. If you have a large connector that is shaped like a nut joining two lines together, you are golded - can replace it in an hour and a half.

If you don't, the poor ba$tard applies.

<-- poor bastard
BUT
I have a new piece of hose that I am going to make work instead

Fuel injection line and the associated clamps for that line. I'm just going to chop it off and make my own.
