VETO AB2683 -- must act now!

AB2683 has passed both houses of the legislature and awaits signing or veto on the Governator's desk. The law will end the current 30 year rolling exemption for the emissions tests. All 1976 and later cars will permanantly be required to get tested every other year. This means there will never be any california 924s, 944s, or 968s that will ever be exempt.
