Auto-x alignment settings

I tried to do a search for this info but could not find it, even though I know it has been posted before.

I have an appointment for an alignment on my 944 this friday. I do not daily drive it anymore, so I want a real "performance" alignment for auto-x and hill climb.

My thought is this:

Toe: Stock
Caster: As much as possible (for the 17" wheels)
Camber: -2.5 degrees all the way around.

Does this sound good, or should I tweak more?

I just changed the settings on my racecar. And improved my latimes with one second on a twisty course.

I changed the camber in the front from 2.5 to 4 degrees. Increased the grip a lot!

As for toe I guess that for AX you should have zero in the back and propably a little toe-out in the front to impove the grip at turn-in.

With those changed you might get a car with a lot of oversteer since you will increase the grip in the front.

Autocross is different than track driving and different than daily-driver street use. I recommend the following:

FRONT
1/32-1/16" toe-OUT (for quicker turn-in response)
-3.5 to 5.5 degrees camber (depending upon spring & swaybar rates)
2.0-2.5 degree caster (a little less than stock because you DO NOT need high-speed straight line stability in an autocross)

REAR
1/32-0 toe-IN
-3.0 to 5.0 degree camber (about 0.5 degrees less camber in rear works well)
