Very good day today...

My low temp switch came in and its now installed. I went and got a 75 degree switch and it kicks in just when I like it.

On a further note to make this day a better one, I just got a job porting at one of my local P-dealerships. I'm excited cause on Mondays we are allowed to work on our own cars in the Porsche Garage

Porting is just delivering serviced cars from the dealership to the customers houses.

I drive there car home and their loaner back to the dealership.

This is more of a day job so I'll be delivering $70k cars during the day and $20-30 pizzas at night. Oh the college life

I couldn't agree more. If I were given that job, slap me cos I'd think I'd gone to heaven.

I haven't started it yet. I work out my schedule today but I got to stand next to all of the customers cars. Wow

So, if you attend some DE's and AutoX, can you write it off as a business expense?

I'd try at least.

Well I had my first day today of work. I got to drive a Cayenne Turbo, a few Boxters, and a 997 Carrera S. The later I got to take on an actual drive, not just around the dealership. I must say after driving that I got in my car and said, "Gosh, is this thing moving?"

Damn,

I am not sure which is the better college job, a hasher at a sorority and getting free food, or being a porter at a p-car dealership.

Porter: look at and handle the goods.

Hasher: look and eat the goods...

HHmmmm.

Could there be a job somewhere in between maybe?

Michael
