Really cheap 968...

Was waiting for my friend earlier and decided to flip through a want-ad type magazine.. found this..

94 Porsche 968 - pewter/gray leather, stick, loaded. 154k mi, but runs fantastic! Body isn't perfect but look at this price! runs & drves very strong, $7,999.

I think I'll go take a look at it even though I bet it's been extremely neglected, and I can't afford it anyway, but it would be interesting.. If anyone else lives around here and is interested let me know and I'll give you the phone number.

a 968 for that price comes under the edict

But for a ficer upper could still be worth it.

check for previous owners/theft/ hire agreements, all the usual nasties

My Description on the purchase documents was Pewter-Out of interest it cost approximately $6000 (R42000) 20 years ago
