I don't have my manual handy, but it should be in there or in Haynes. When i get home i'll look and post if nobody else has.

Swepco is popular........Mobil1 is better.

Redline synthetic oil is pretty good from what i have heard. I am planning on using MT-90 this weekend in hopes it helps allieviate my grinding 2nd gear.
But im not sure if its available in the UK. About Mobil1, arent there reports of it damaging the synchros? Not sure how true this is, but ive read it in a few different places.

I've never seen any proof that it "hurts" the synchro's. However, if your synchro's are fairly worn they do have a harder time catching hold with slicker oil.
