Need an idle air bypass screw

I recently had some really bad idle with my car and now when I start the engine, it dies after a few seconds. I'm pretty sure it's that idle air bypass screw that fits on the intake, which is no where to be seen on my car. It must've somehow backed itself out or something. Does anyone have an extra one of these or know the part number for it?
