Porsche "junkyards"?

Does anyone have a good list of Porsche "junkyards"? I am looking to pickup a used 924 1980+ transmission and can't seem to find one anywhere......

I got a used 924 S tranny with a blown R&P, also got a 85.5 944 parts car. Come to think of it the side of my house is becoming a used parts junk yard, between toyota and porsche parts

Unfortunately the only part I need is the 4.11 R&P out of the 1980+ 924.... But thanks for the heads up on a "Junkyard" anymore would be most appreciated

The only one I have experience with was Partsheaven in CA. I was very happy with them and their prices.

But then I lived near by and always went in person to select my parts.

Very extensive selection. They completely strip P cars so not much is wasted.

I can vouch for Partsheaven in CA as well. When I re-arranged my front end a few years ago, they shipped all I needed to the local body shop here in Pittsburgh. THey are friendly and quick to ship out. Definitely recommended.

For those Canadians out there or anyone close by. Whale Tail in Waterloo, Ontario caries everything used. 519-699-4911. Only used them once so far but they seemed to have a lot.
