Is the 86 944 fuel pump an in-tank pump or not?

Title says it. I saw a pump listed as a 944 pump on ebay and it looks just like my RX7 and Supra pumps...which mount to a frame inside the tank.

Should be under an access hatch, on the bottom of the tank

Still not running?
