where to get rear fog switch?
 

Subject says all, I'd found one on the eBay UK site but was outbid, I imagine this is a difficult part to find in the US as I don't believe it was ever offered, two questions:

1) what is the part number for this switch? PET6 does not show one

2) can anyone recommend a good parts supplier or junkyard in the UK, Germany, etc. that would be willing to ship a small part to the US?
